We propose various types of recycled plastic material taken from production scraps that can be directly added to the production cycle or sent to the following stage of reclaiming.
Colours: clear / white / mixed-floral
Low Density Polyethylene
|Colours: clear and mixed floral|
high density polyethylene
|Color: neutral / natural
colors: mixed floral
|Color: Neutral / mixed-floral|
These come from commodity goods such as:
Grinding both for oneself and for third parties is the result of manual activities performed by our highly specialized staff and high tech machinery.
5 mills with conveyor belts equipped with a metal detector and a special system to eliminate a high percentage of plastic dust when the product comes out.
We also have several guillottines for the treatment of scraps from big-sized pieces (e.g. blocks) a through-feed industrial press and several oil pressure presses to compact film PE.
About plastic products
After its experimental preparation in the 1930s, the application in high frequency radar cables during World War II, gave impetus to its commercial production. This thermoplastic is available in a range of flexibilities depending on the production process. High density materials are the most rigid. The polymer can be formed by a wide variety of thermoplastic processing methods and is particularly useful where moisture resistance and low cost are required. Polyethylene is limited by a rather low temperature capability (200-250 F) but is manufactured in billions of pounds per year.
Polyethylene (Polythene) is one of the world’s most popular plastics. It is an enormously versatile polymer which is suited to a wide range of applications from heavy-duty damp proof membrane for new buildings to light, flexible bags and films.
Two major types of PE are in use in the films and flexible packaging sector – LDPE (Low Density) used generally for trays and heavier duty film such as long-life bags and sacks, poly tunnels, protective sheeting, food bags etc and HDPE (High Density) which is used for most thin gauge carrier bags, fresh produce bags and some bottles and caps.
Polystyrene is a versatile plastic used to make a wide variety of consumer products. As a hard, solid plastic, it is often used in products that require clarity, such as food packaging and laboratory ware. When combined with various colorants, additives or other plastics, polystyrene is used to make appliances, electronics, automobile parts, toys, gardening pots and equipment and more.
A synthetic resin made from the polymerization of vinyl chloride. Second only to polyethylene among the plastics in production and consumption, PVC is used in an enormous range of domestic and industrial products, from raincoats and shower curtains to window frames and indoor plumbing. A lightweight, rigid plastic in its pure form, it is also manufactured in a flexible “plasticized” form.
